In preparation for the 2022-2023 school year, please complete the form below with your child's transportation needs for the upcoming school year. If you have more than one student in your household, please complete a form for each student.
It is imperative this information be completed and returned as soon as possible in order to assist us in completing accurate and efficient bus routes over the summer. Students for whom we do not receive information will be routed as they are in our system now (which could be inaccurate).
