Perquimans County Board of Education approved the sale of one modular building located behind Perquimans Central School. This is an open bid process and the starting bid is $1000.00. The building is being sold "as is" without the aluminum ramps or steps. Winning bidder will be responsible for the removal of the building. It is highly recommended that you set up a visit to view the building prior to placing your bid. Bids must be submitted in person to Jim Davison, Director Of Maintenance by Monday, December 12th.
